Meet the Founder of MRTG411
Jessica Black is a Mortgage Agent (Level 1)
Jessica combines extensive property management experience, hands-on construction knowledge, and strong client communication skills to deliver clear, practical mortgage guidance.
She has spent over 20 years managing properties, building brands, running businesses, and supporting clients through complex financial and housing decisions. Her background gives her a deep understanding of mortgages from both a homeowner’s and investor’s perspective.
She holds her Mortgage Agent Level 1 license through REMIC and is completing her Condominium Management License at Humber College, with additional training in real estate essentials, condo governance, and insurance adjusting. Jessica has contributed to her community through condo board leadership and involvement in local associations.
Approachable, skilled, and committed to education, Jessica ensures every client feels informed and supported, whether buying their first home, refinancing, or investing in real estate.
